No they are not free to distribute. They are for your use and you can tweak them anyway you want and use them for commercial or private use… but they are not free to distribute. You can obtain them from the Microsoft Gallery or from our site http://frontpage-to-expression.com

This is a pretty nice template. This will be quite useful for my my blogs. I actually think this is pretty easy to apply. I surely hope to see more of these soon.
